Lithuanians try to eat kimchi

I am used to making kimchi, which is very popular food for Korean people. One day I was invited to Lithuanian sauna and I brought kimchi. One said that it is too hot to eat, while another said that it will become his favorite food.

Lithuanian Easter Eggs

One week ago I visited very interesting exhibition of Easter eggs by Marija Banikoviene in Vilnius. She is 80 years old. I was deeply impressed by her wonderful works. Lithuanians call a naturally dyed and colored egg markutis. It symbolizes the rebirth of nature, the creation of life, the birth of plants and rejuvenation. Please enjoy beautiful eggs colored by the Lithuanian artist Marija Banikovienė.
