KIM Yu-na won Gold with record

KIM Yu-na of South Korea won the women's figure skating gold medal at the Vancouver Olympics, scoring 228.56 points. Her score is a world record.

Lithuanian Easter Eggs

One week ago I visited very interesting exhibition of Easter eggs by Marija Banikoviene in Vilnius. She is 80 years old. I was deeply impressed by her wonderful works. Lithuanians call a naturally dyed and colored egg markutis. It symbolizes the rebirth of nature, the creation of life, the birth of plants and rejuvenation. Please enjoy beautiful eggs colored by the Lithuanian artist Marija Banikovienė.
